The DFW Orthotics and Prosthetics Program was formed with the goal of providing one below knee prosthesis each month to a patient who has no other means of obtaining the prosthesis. In order for the patient to have the highest chance of prosthetic success, all of the following requirements must be met in order to qualify for the program.

-U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident.

-Have a valid prescription for the prosthesis.

-Motivated to ambulate.

-Below knee prosthesis will improve quality of life.

-Score K2 or higher on the AMPPRO or AMPNOPRO Test.

-Participating in Physical Therapy.

-Reside within 25 miles of our office.

-Has not received a prosthesis through this program before.
